1. Our Safety Commitment
Go & Fill Nigeria Ltd is committed to the highest standards of safety in all aspects of our fuel delivery operations. We comply fully with the Petroleum Industry Act (PIA) 2021, regulations of the Nigerian Midstream and Downstream Petroleum Regulatory Authority (NMDPRA), and all applicable Nigerian health and safety laws.
2. Driver Certification & Training
- All drivers are minimum of 25 years of age with at least 3 years of driving experience
- Every driver holds a valid Nigerian driver's licence and a DPR/NMDPRA petroleum transport certificate
- Drivers undergo background checks before onboarding
- Mandatory quarterly safety training covering fire prevention, spill response, and customer service
- Drivers wear standardised Go & Fill uniforms with visible ID at all times during deliveries
- Zero tolerance for drink-driving - all drivers may be subject to random sobriety testing
3. Vehicle Standards
- All delivery vehicles are licensed tankers compliant with NMDPRA regulations
- Vehicles are equipped with fire extinguishers, spill kits, and emergency shut-off valves
- Each vehicle undergoes a full safety inspection every 30 days
- GPS tracking is installed in every vehicle for real-time monitoring
- Anti-siphon devices and sealed dispensing equipment prevent adulteration
- All vehicles display Go & Fill branding, emergency contact numbers, and NMDPRA licence numbers
4. Fuel Quality Assurance
- All fuel is sourced exclusively from NNPC-licensed depots
- Fuel quality certificates are obtained for every batch loaded
- Metered dispensing ensures you receive the exact quantity you paid for
- Random fuel quality tests are conducted by our internal quality team
- Customers may request to inspect the delivery certificate at the point of delivery
5. Customer Safety Guidelines
To ensure a safe delivery, please:
- Keep the delivery area clear of children, pets, and unnecessary bystanders
- Do not smoke or allow open flames near the delivery vehicle or fuel containers
- Switch off generators before refuelling - never top up a running generator
- Ensure adequate ventilation at the delivery location
- Store received fuel in approved containers only - no unapproved or damaged canisters
- Do not use your phone or electronic devices directly near the fuel dispensing process
- If you smell gas after LPG delivery, do not switch on lights or appliances - ventilate the area and call us immediately
6. Emergency Procedures
In case of a fuel spill, fire, or emergency during delivery:

- Do not attempt to put out a fuel fire with water - use a CO₂ or dry powder extinguisher
- Evacuate the area immediately and await emergency services
7. Environmental Responsibility
- All spills are reported and remediated in compliance with NESREA regulations
- We are committed to minimising our carbon footprint through route optimisation
- We are exploring integration of cleaner fuel alternatives (CNG, biofuel blends)
- Waste oil and contaminated fuel is disposed of through licensed waste handlers
8. Reporting Safety Concerns
If you witness or experience any safety concern related to our delivery operations, please report it immediately:
