1. Order Cancellation
1.1 Cancellation Before Dispatch
You may cancel your order free of charge within 15 minutes of placing it, as long as a delivery driver has not yet been assigned. To cancel, use the app, or call 08022264886.
1.2 Cancellation After Dispatch
Once a driver has been dispatched, a cancellation fee of ₦1,500 applies to cover logistics costs. The remainder of your payment will be refunded.
1.3 Cancellation by Go & Fill
We may cancel your order if: delivery address is outside our coverage zone, payment fails or is disputed, fuel is temporarily unavailable, or safety conditions do not permit delivery. In such cases, a full refund is issued automatically within 24–72 hours.
2. Refund Eligibility
You are entitled to a full or partial refund in the following situations:
- Wrong quantity delivered: If you received less fuel than you ordered, a refund for the shortfall will be issued after verification via our metered delivery records.
- Quality issue: If there is a verifiable fuel quality problem, reported within 2 hours of delivery, we will investigate and issue a refund or replacement.
- Delivery not received: If our system shows delivery completed but you did not receive fuel, contact us within 24 hours.
- Duplicate payment: If you were charged twice for the same order, the duplicate amount is refunded immediately.
- Failed delivery: If we are unable to complete delivery after two attempts (due to our fault), a full refund is issued.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
- Cancellations made after fuel has been dispensed
- Delivery fee when the correct quantity of fuel was delivered
- Orders cancelled after the 15-minute free window (cancellation fee applies)
- Failed delivery due to incorrect address provided by the customer
- Failed delivery because no one was present at the delivery address after two attempts
4. How Refunds Are Processed
All approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method:
- Card payments (Paystack/Flutterwave): 3–7 business days
- Bank transfer: 1–3 business days
- Wallet credit: Immediate
- Cash on delivery: Reverse cash payment handled at point of contact with driver
5. Raising a Dispute
To request a refund, contact us within the stated timeframe:
Please provide your order reference number, description of the issue, and any supporting evidence (photos, videos). We aim to resolve all disputes within 48 business hours.
